spicy & sour, with a punch of garlic
Our authentic Andhra-style Avakaya Mango Pickle also known as Avakai pachadi is made by Manisha Didi and her Shivai Mahila Bachat Gat in Shivri village with locally sourced Naati Raw Mangoes (Kairi). This Andhra Mango Pickle is hygienically made by mixing mango pieces with premium roasted spices and groundnut oil. The garlic roasted in the oil gives it a bold garlic flavour giving you the authentic homemade South Indian taste.
The pickle is matured under sunlight for 14 days, allowing the natural fermentation of the pickle and bringing out its bold flavour.
Try our Andhra Avakaya, which is made with groundnut oil, roasted garlic and the traditional Andhra style spices for an authentic homemade experience.
