This pickle is a winter favorite made with fresh Cauliflower, Red Carrots, and Shalgam (turnip) sourced from the local market. The cauliflower is manually cut, while carrots and shalgam are peeled and diced, ensuring perfect texture. This pickle gets its rich flavor from freshly prepared ginger and garlic paste, which is sautéed in heated mustard oil before adding a spice mix.

The entire blend is mixed together thoroughly with jaggery and sugar, giving the Gajar Gobhi Shalgam its signature taste.
